Oversize Transport Permits

Exempt Dimensions (Transport Permitted Without a Permit): 

No permit is required when the following dimensions and weight limits are met simultaneously: 16,5 x 3 x 4 m; 40 t. 

A permit is required if any one of these parameters is exceeded:

 Tractor Unit + Semi-Trailer: (Applicable to indivisible loads, provided that permissible axle loads are maintained) 

  • Length: 16,5 m
  • Width: 2,55 m
  • Height: 4 m
  • Gross Vehicle Weight: 40 t 

 Truck + Trailer: (Applicable to indivisible loads, provided that permissible axle loads are maintained) 

  • Length: 18,75 m
  • Width: 2,55 m
  • Height: 4 m
  • Gross Vehicle Weight: 40 t 

Single-Trip Permits

  • Validity: 5 days
  • Purpose: single transport operation or a specified route
  • Scope: 1 route, 1 vehicle combination 

Up to 7 working days.

Not extendable — a new permit application must be submitted once the validity period has expired.

Vehicle registration certificates.

In accordance with the conditions specified in the permit.

Cancellation costs depend on the stage of order execution and the timing of the cancellation relative to the planned start of the escort operation.

The same principle applies to permit cancellations — the later the cancellation occurs, the higher the potential charges may be, reflecting incurred preparation costs, submitted applications, and allocated resources.

  • above 80 t → regardless of route
